PARKING LOTS

Patrons are often distracted with children, vehicles and packages while walking through parking lots.  It is imperative that the parking lots be spotlessly clean and regularly maintained.  Loss prevention should include:

§         Regular inspections and repairs of potholes, cracks and uneven surfaces

§         Spacing of cars must be adequate and well marked

§         Wheel stops provided, centered in the parking spaces, and in good condition

§         Speed bumps properly designed and painted with reflective paint

§         Markings provided in handicapped zones

§         Adequate lighting to provide illumination over the entire parking area.
