Mr. President and Congress

All corporations contribute "Annual Best Quarter Net Profit" to fund Affordable Housing and Universal Medical Care with special attention to the disadvantaged 40 million Americans without medical coverage.

Banks, Wall Street, Health Care/Medicare, private corporations, have to be statutorily reorganized with Annual "Best Quarter Profits" contributed to the public welfare.

They will not do this on their own. Their money is poured into vested interest lobbyists. Their goal -  evade their responsibility as corporate citizens.

Individual citizens die on battlefields. Not corporations.
